1. Whether global free shipping or not ?
Answer :It is not global free shipping .due to Express company’s different charge standard in different countries, so we just provide part of country free shipping.
2.Why i need pay remote area fees ?
Answer : Due to Express company (DHL, FedEx,UPS , EMS etc) delimit different areas as remote area based their standard. so we do not know whether your address is a remote area before we get your address information . so, if your address is remote area , need pay remote area fees .
3.Why my order always do not have detailed tracking information ?
Answer: after you finished payment , we need 1-3 days handle order ,then send to Express company . Express company need check and records ,then arrange delivery . as normal, it needs 3-5 days update first tracking information . if there is no informations within 7-10 days .Please contact buyer servicer.
4.Why I need pay tax for our local Express or for local customs ?
Answer : if your local Express company charge your money ,please ask them why charging fee . and for what ? it is very important for buyer.
About customs charging fee . no body can control , every country customs has different Import and export tariff system, so if you want to avoid customs fee, please tell our service your request . we will do as your request.
5.How many days I will receive my printer ?
Answer : normally , after update first tracking information, it needs 5-10 days .

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
